 The
mission of the South Baldwin Literacy Council is to provide instruction by
trained volunteer tutors in a one-on-one or small group setting to residents
of South Baldwin County.
Instruction is centered around the learners’
individual goals and capabilities and is designed to improve basic reading,
writing and life skills.
